BIOGRAPHY

Paul Eastburn is a Bay Area native, a father of two young girls, and a multi-instrumentalist enamored with the act of playing and sharing music.

 

Since the year 2002 he has juggled the roles of public middle school band director, father, sound engineer for live bands, and sideman in various genres of live music.

Paul’s first instrument was the violin, but bass has taken over as his favorite instrument on which to express himself. He has spent countless hours on guitar, mandolin, and all of the standard woodwind and brass instruments that he teaches in concert bands, and he has recently found two new loves: the cello and the viola.

​

Paul holds a bachelor degree in music from UCSB and a teaching credential from Dominican University of CA. You can catch him these days on the scene in the San Francisco Bay Area.
